Mr. Daniel J. Foos founded Test & Evaluation Solutions in March 2004 and is the company’s Managing Member. Mr. Foos is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and holds a Masters Degree in Project Management from The George Washington University. He has been working in the field of ship survivability and Live Fire Test and Evaluation since 1995. He provides ship survivability and LFT&E support to multiple U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs and international customers.
Mr. R. Gregg Fresa is the co-founder of Test & Evaluation Solutions and is a Member. Mr. Fresa graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience in System Survivability and Combat System integration. His prior experience includes managing the technical effort for Lockheed Martin for the first DDG 51 Class Total Ship Survivability Trial and the Automated Common Diagram programs.
Mr. Derek Skahen is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and holds a Masters Degree in Ocean Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Skahen has a wide range of systems engineering, ship survivability, test and evaluation, and program management experience supporting U.S. Navy surface combatants and submarines. He is currently supporting the LPD 17 Ship Design Manager as the LPD 17 Class System Engineering Manager for Auxiliaries, Mission and Damage Control.
